Now, the next logical step will follow, shortly following the common introduction of innovative navigation solutions for the iPhone 3G and the iPhone 3G S as well as for Android and Windows Mobile-based Smartphones: The companies jointly develop a machine-to-machine (M2M) telematic solution which enables the customers to retrieve comprehensive information, tips and advice Europe-wide about routes and destinations – and to do this particularly quickly and with high quality. The navigation devices access the central server over an internal SIM card via the T-Mobile network for this.
